Using Figma and real-world briefs, learners will also build a professional portfolio and gain experience applying human-centred design principles. Ideal for those looking to break into digital design or strengthen their creative and technical toolkit.

The UX/UI Level 3 Certificate is designed to equip you with essential skills and knowledge in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. UX is the experience a user has when interacting with a product or service. UI design focuses on the visual and interactive elements of a product.

There are six mandatory units:

1. Introduction to User Experience (UX)

2. The User-Centred Design (UCD) Process

3. User Research

4. User Experience (UX) Design

5. User Interface (UI) Design

6. UX/UI Design in Practice It is delivered online, with live sessions via Teams.

You will need to attend every session with your camera on, four days a week in the evenings. A basic knowledge of coding/web design could be beneficial, but not essential. Upon completion, you could seek employment in roles such as: UX Designer, UX Researcher, UI Designer or Content Strategist.
