User Experience (UX) is how a user feels when interacting with a product, focusing on ease of use and efficiency. User Interface (UI) is the visual, interactive surface (screens, buttons, icons) they use. Simply UX is the journey, UI is the vehicle. Together, they make technology useful and attractive.
These may be things like
Mobile Apps/Websites: A smooth checkout process on an app is good UX; the layout, buttons, and colours used to make that purchase are the UI.
Navigation: An intuitive search bar that makes it easy to find products on a site.
Physical Interfaces: A vending machine with a clear touch screen, responsive buttons, and simple instructions.
UX (User Experience) focuses on user research, user testing, and solving problems by creating a logical, useful, and enjoyable experience. UI (User Interface) focuses on aesthetics, layout, and responsiveness, ensuring the product looks good and works technically.
