Want to create professional-looking documents but not sure where to start?
This course is the perfect introduction to Microsoft Word, one of the most widely used word processing tools in the world. Whether you're writing letters, creating posters, or organising information into documents, this course will help you feel confident and in control as you build your skills over three sessions.
No previous experience with Word is needed.
You’ll be guided step-by-step through the basics of formatting text, laying out pages, and inserting images.
You'll also learn how to use templates to create items like flyers, add tables to organise content, and work with handy features like headers, footers, and automatic page numbers.
This course for adults focuses on practical, everyday uses of Microsoft Word in a relaxed and supportive environment. Whether you're learning for work, study, or personal projects, this is a great opportunity to build your digital skills and produce documents you can be proud of.
All resources will be provided, and the course is funded by the UK Government through the Shared Prosperity Fund.
