Head down to Beeston Library on Saturday 29 January 2022 between 10:30am - 2pm to make your own smoothie on a smoothie bike, learn how to do yoga in a chair, and colour yourself calm. 

Travel Choice from our Nottinghamshire County Council will be outside to help with all things cycling! 

This event is free and there's no need to book, just drop in.
