Inspire: Culture, Learning and Libraries was established in 2016 as a charitable community benefit society delivering cultural and learning services across Nottinghamshire. The society is owned and controlled by its members. Members are drawn from the community, and all staff become members of the society when appointed.
We deliver services from 60 buildings across Nottinghamshire and 4 mobile vehicles, have 700 people working for us and have an annual turnover of around £20M.
We are looking to appoint TWO new co-opted directors, who have experience and skills in one (or more!) of the following areas:
- Advocacy, Digital and Media - helping us connect with people and organisations who we can work with
- Funding and Fundraising - supporting us in raising additional funds to make a difference
- Organisational Development – helping us to be a good organisation and employer

If you are then interested in joining, we will ask you to provide a CV and a covering statement outlining your experience and why you would like to join the board. A selection process will then be undertaken by members of the current board.
