This course will provide you with an understanding of leadership and a solid grounding in what it takes to organise, manage and motivate your teams.

This qualification is designed for new and aspiring junior managers. Pick up the skills and understanding you need to deal with management responsibilities and start your career and development with confidence.

A 6- to 9-month course, studying one session per week, with flexible learning options available to complete the course sooner.

The course can be classroom and workplace-based or delivered entirely in the workplace by agreement.
