About this course
This course is a beginner’s guide to decorating cupcakes with a selection of easter themed decorations. You will learn skills and techniques using some cutters and some free style modeling, including a rabbit down a hole showing feet and tail with carrots, and a sheep head topper. You will also learn how to make daffodils, calla lilies, and a fondant easter egg.
No previous experience is required.
You will learn about how you can use these techniques creatively, by looking at and discussing various books and websites who influences and motivates.
By the end of the course everyone will have explored and gained confidence in a range of creative techniques, you will produce a beautiful selection of Easter cupcake toppers to share with family and friends over the Easter holidays.
The cupcakes can be created to celebrate any Easter Celebration or Spring occasion.
Skills and techniques can be applied to larger cakes.

To enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
