Working from photographs, tuition is provided through a mixture of demonstrations and exercises according to your needs, as well as informal group critiques and discussions, all helping to increase your knowledge and enjoyment of acrylic painting.
On this course you will learn how to manipulate the acrylic paint by using different techniques to create a contemporary painting. You will know how to work in a spontaneous manner often using large brushes to make sweeping gestural marks and different painting techniques like dripping, scumbling or pouring.
