About this course

Discover how colour can influence your mood, energy, focus, and emotional wellbeing. This gentle, creative course explores the meaning and impact of colour through guided meditations, reflective activities, and simple wellbeing techniques. Each week focuses on a different colour theme, helping you build self-awareness, calm, and confidence. You’ll learn how colour can support relaxation, emotional balance, and personal insight, while developing practical skills you can use at home or work. No experience of meditation is needed — just curiosity and an open mind.

Throughout the course, we will look at:

Week 1 — Red & Orange: Grounding, stability, motivation, and energising colour meditation.

Week 2 — Yellow & Green: Emotional balance, calm, harmony, and soothing colour practices.

Week 3 — Blue: Clarity, communication, inner stillness, and cooling visualisation.

Week 4 — Purple: Intuition, insight, reflection, and deeper meditative awareness.

Week 5 — Violet & White: Renewal, clarity, higher awareness, and creating a personal colour‑meditation practice

Resources required:

Bottle of Water.

Pen & Paper for notes/Journal.

Residency Requirements (Additional Information)

If you live in the UK on a visa, we’ll need evidence of your visa to confirm funding. You can upload this when applying, and you’ll need to complete a short questionnaire.

Some exceptions include:

Your visa must last until after your course ends.
Asylum seekers must have lived in the UK for at least 6 months while their claim is being processed.
You are supported by your local authority under Section 23C or 23CA of the Children Act 1989, or under the Care Act 2014.

Anyone who does not meet the funding criteria would need to pay full course fees.
