Explore the natural elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit, and discover how they can support your wellbeing, clarity, and emotional balance. Each week focuses on one element and its qualities, using guided meditation, reflection, and simple awareness practices to help you feel more grounded, calm, and connected. You’ll learn how to work with the elements to support resilience, emotional flow, and personal insight. This course is gentle, reflective, and suitable for beginners or anyone wanting to deepen their self‑awareness.
Each week, we will look at the following:
Week 1: Earth — Grounding & Stability
Describe how the Earth element supports grounding, stability, and emotional steadiness.
Week 2: Water — Emotional Flow & Release
Apply water‑based meditation techniques to support emotional flow and calm.
Week 3: Fire — Motivation & Inner Strength
Analyse how Fire‑focused visualisation influences motivation, confidence, and personal energy.
Week 4: Air — Clarity & Perspective
Evaluate how Air‑based practices support clarity, focus, and mental spaciousness.
Week 5: Spirit — Connection & Inner Awareness
Create a personalised meditation practice that integrates the qualities of Spirit for ongoing wellbeing.
By the end of the course you will be able to:
Use reflective thinking to identify how each element influences emotional responses, strengths, and areas for growth.
Demonstrate improved resilience by using element‑based meditation techniques to stay calm, centred, and adaptable in challenging situations.
Please bring:
