Want to improve your maths skills? During this course you will work towards a City and Guilds maths qualification at a level that is right for you. You will learn a range of techniques to help you solve number problems in everyday life. The 18 weekly lessons are delivered online so you will need a laptop or tablet and access to the internet. Your exam, in week 19, will take place at one of our Nottinghamshire libraries.
On completion of this course you will be confident using numbers in every life; understand a range of methods to help you solve problems and use your skills to support you progress within your chosen area.

It is useful to have your own calculator, pen and notepad. A textbook appropriate to your level will be provided to you on completion of your online initial assessment.
To get the most from your course please ensure that you can attend every session (barring sickness or emergencies) and that you have a quiet place to work undisturbed.
As this course is online, a suitable device such as laptop, smart phone, tablet or computer will be required to access the course. Zoom will be used for the live sessions and the link will be sent to you once your enrolment has been completed.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
