About this course

On this course we will explore how the mind works and how different techniques through meditation and mindfulness can aid in living more in the now and releasing stress. Combining the techniques with affirmations, mantras, colours and visualisations, over the weeks you will build your own toolkit to use after the course completes.

This course allows you to adapt your own daily routines to continue working with a positive mental attitude.

Looking for the steps to a better approach to life? Great to work alongside Affirmations, Visualisations, Reiki and Yoga

During this course we will cover:

- The power of the mind and vibrational chart

- Breaking the cycle and flipping the switch to positive thinking

- Visualization tools to shift your energy

- Inspirations to empower your life using Mindfulness and Affirmations

- Goals, Plans and priorities

- Self-Love and Empowerment

Learners should bring paper and pen for notes. PDF slides will be sent via email each week to Learners. Please let the tutor know if you would like these as handouts per week.
