Speaker - Tony Ryan

Tony specialises in getting SMEs Fit for Funding & Growth’ overcoming barriers to growth and setting them on the fast track to high performance. He has become an expert on the rapidly changing portfolio of government business support initiatives and is an adviser on the Government-backed Startup Loan Scheme.

He has spent his whole working life advising companies and for the last 21 years, he has specialised in working with startups and SMEs. He is passionate about helping business owners to achieve the true potential of their businesses and using their businesses to achieve their life’s ambitions.

Tony has set up and run his own coaching and consulting companies, selling them on successfully. He was a director of two listed companies and was also a director at Deloitte Consulting and KPMG Consulting.


Guest speaker – Darren Neil, Sales Geek.

Darren is passionate about helping people and passing on three decades of sales and business leadership experience to assist in lighting the afterburners of an SME's sales operation.

Starting in a junior sales role in his late teens, he cut his teeth in tough environments, including telecoms, office equipment, electrical wholesale, health & leisure, IT and over 20 years in global healthcare systems. Two starts ups, various directorships, board representation, company exits, Managing Directorships and Global Vice President of Sales later, here he is to give you all the knowledge he has amassed, together with the Sales Geek team (with over 600 years of collective world leading sales strategy and award-winning programmes behind them).
