Selling is not an art, it is not a science, and doing it well does not need to be a mystery.
About this event
Working with the British Library and Nottinghamshire Business & IP Centre, Smorgasbord is excited to be able to offer you a series of webinars as part of the Fit For Business Programme.
Good selling is not about slick conversations, slick people, or sales tricks; those days have gone. For business people who want to understand more about selling in today’s business environment, this webinar delves into our belief that selling today is about positioning you, your product or service, and your process, in a balanced partnership that solves a problem.
We will be covering these points, to list just a few:
1. The changing nature of selling.
2. The link between sales and marketing.
3. Understanding your customer’s (real) problems.
4. What a good sales process might look like - building a content and contact process.
5. Measuring sales success - and why No can be a good answer!
