Masons and Carvers: Recent work at Southwell Minster, building the Chapter House and cutting the Leaves - Another Leaves-inspired talk about the Masons and Carvers who built the Chapter House and many other cathedrals during the 13th century.
Listening to the Leaves: What can the 'Leaves of Southwell' - the Minster's unique stone carvings - tell us? This third online talk looks at what life might have been like in medieval England at the time the Chapter was built and some possible reasons as to why certain leaves and other carvings were selected to be immortalised in stone.
