The Chapel of St Mary the Virgin at Clumber Park - a 19th Century chapel with 180 foot spire in its centre, which towers over the Pleasure Grounds, flanked by heritage trees.

The four Dukeries have had an enduring effect on the Bassetlaw region but how did they come into being? 

Benedict Jephcote charts how each of the ducal areas developed; through the large-scale changes of the dissolution and civil war, the fates of  various bloodlines, and the creation and losses of some of the grandest buildings to grace the East Midlands.
