Suitable for all ages, a sound bath uses soothing vibrations from singing bowls, gongs and vocals to deeply relax the body and calm the mind. This immersive experience helps reduce stress, restore balance and promote a sense of inner peace and wellbeing.
Contraindications: Not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy or for individuals with epilepsy or pacemakers.
