This uplifting, 6‑week course helps you develop a growth mindset—the belief that your abilities can grow through effort, practice, and learning from challenges. Through reflective activities, guided meditations, and practical tools, you’ll explore how to reframe setbacks, build resilience, and strengthen flexible thinking. Each week introduces simple strategies you can use at home, work, or study to support continuous learning and personal growth. No previous experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore new ways of thinking.
Over the duration of the course, we will cover:
Week 1 — What Is a Growth Mindset? Explore the foundations of mindset theory, identify fixed vs growth thinking, and experience grounding meditation.
Week 2 — Embracing Challenge Understand why challenge is essential for growth and practice reframing discomfort as opportunity.
Week 3 — Flexible Thinking in Action. Learn practical tools for shifting perspectives, adapting to change, and staying open to new approaches.
Week 4 — Learning From Setbacks Reflect on past setbacks, explore emotional responses, and discover how to extract learning from difficult moments.
Week 5 — Resilience & Self‑Belief Strengthen resilience through reflective exercises, evaluate personal patterns, and practice a confidence‑building meditation.
Week 6 — Continuous Learning Plan Create a personalised growth plan, set future goals, and celebrate progress.
