Use your living instrument—your voice!
In this course, we’ll explore how singing supports your mental and physical wellbeing, using breathwork, easy vocal warm-ups and joyful group songs.
You’ll learn how group singing can lift your mood, lower stress and support your immune system.
We’ll explore feel-good lyrics, simple harmonies and voice confidence techniques in a friendly, accessible way.
This is about enjoying music together, not about getting it ‘right’. Every session is designed to help you connect, express yourself and leave feeling more alive.
No previous singing experience needed—just a willingness to join in and have a go.
You will explore the joy of singing to boost your mood and immune system in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
You will discover uplifting songs and simple voice techniques that celebrate your unique sound—no matter your experience level. Whether you’re new to singing or returning to it, you will be invited to enjoy your voice, connect with others, and leave each session feeling energised and uplifted.
What you will need to bring to the course:
Notebook
Smartphone with a voice recording app (if possible) but this can be sorted during the sessions.
