About this course

This introduction explains what Mindfulness is and how to incorporate it into your own life. Through discussions, activities, and guided meditations, you will learn how to be more aware of how to live in the present moment. Mindfulness has been proven to be greatly beneficial for our health and Well-Being.  It will help with your self-esteem, showing you ways of relaxing, having a clearer mind and is significantly beneficial for stress relief.  Covering the 5 senses – Sight-Taste-Hearing-Touch-Smell, we will also explore how it is linked to how we use our brains to process and learn.
