About this course

This course will provide you with an introduction to Reiki, helping you to understand the concepts and the interpretations of the 5 principles of Reiki.  You will Attuned to Reiki at Level 1 and will look at the health benefits associated with practicing Reiki on yourself. 

Over the duration of the course, we will look at: 

  • The concepts of Reiki 
  • Different hand positions when practicing 
  • The benefits if Reiki 
  • How to perform a healing session 
  • Balancing the Chakras 
  • Using tools to enhance the healing sessions 
  • Designing your own information/marketing materials 

Learners should bring a drink – water or juice, notebook and pen, After the first week to bring bath sheet and hand towel, and cushion

To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

  • Complete the EVENTBRITE BOOKING.
  • Complete our INSPIRE ONLINE ENROLMENT FORM for each person attending the course.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).

As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
