Study how to encode your nonverbal behaviour to your advantage, and learn to decode other people’s body language. Learners will discover the importance of body language in creating rapport and handling interpersonal relationships with an emphasis on impression management and the workplace. This course will cover the body language of interviews, presentations, leadership, cooperation, sales and more.

The course will highlight many of the ways that people unconsciously signal their attitudes, desires and feelings. With a look at the evolution of body language theories, the course will cover facial expressions, gestures, posture, gait and proxemics.

There will be practical, empowering advice to enhance future interactions and promote further work opportunities.

This is an online course. A suitable electronic device such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone with internet access will be required. Learners will be required to download and use Zoom (free software).  You may wish to have a pen and paper for note taking.
