This course will provide you with a simple introduction to using a computer in a patient and supportive atmosphere. Your journey will start at the very beginning as you learn how to turn a computer on and off correctly. We move on to cover the essential skills required to operate a computer, including how to use the keyboard and mouse correctly. Additionally you will discover and explore some helpful websites and get started with using the internet and emails.
You will learn how to type text and numbers on a computer keyboard. The course will also teach you how to navigate your computer and carry out other basic operations using the keyboard. Additionally, the classes will teach you the proper mouse grip and mouse navigation techniques.
Once you understand the fundamentals of using a keyboard and mouse, you will be able to search the internet, browse websites, check your email, and utilise other online services. You will be given the most recent information on how to keep your device and yourself safe and secure while you explore our fascinating online world.
What will learners achieve by the end of the course?
