This group based exercise consists of a high and low-impact workout, working the whole body for an improved sense of wellbeing. Improve your upper-body and core strength, improve flexibility and feel invigorated using a mixture of cardio; yoga; ballet and strength targeted exercises.
Suitable for those new to exercise in general; fitness and shape are not important, however you will be completing cardio exercises and floor exercises to will need to be able to move to the floor with ease. There will be lots of stretching, bending and strength-based work. Prepare to sweat.
By the end of this course, you will be able to link moves and exercises together to which you can practice @ home, to build stamina, flexibility and creativity.
You will shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness in this fun class using your own bodyweight. The high repetition-based routines will put your legs, arms and tums through their paces in a bid to improve your fitness levels and sense of wellbeing.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
