About this course

This course offers an introduction to mindfulness via mindful walks in the beautiful park in West Bridgford next to the library.

The aim is to learn how to use mindfulness techniques to truly be in the present moment and enjoy the walk. There will be a creative task in each session which aims to keep you focused on being present on your walk.

No previous knowledge of mindfulness is required to participate in this course. By joining us on the mindful walks, you will gain knowledge and understanding of:

Mindful techniques
Creative ideas to enjoy outdoors
A sense of calm

You will need to wear comfortable footwear to participate in the course. You may also wish to bring a bottle of water.

To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
