About this course

This course is for the complete beginner to enable them to demonstrate and show an understanding of how to use the keys on the keyboard and how to use a mouse. We will use a variety of Microsoft Software Applications - from creating Word documents, to creating a simple Spreadsheet, and how to create different designs for slides in a PowerPoint Presentation. Learning how to use the internet safely, and the many uses of the Internet, to how to save web sites, to copying and pasting, On the first week discussions will be held to possibly cover anything else you would like to learn during this course.

No prior knowledge is needed to attend this course - it is for absolute beginners. Laptops are provided to use on the course but if you have a device that you would like to learn how to use, do please bring this along.

Learners should bring a sealed drink – water or juice, notebook and pen
