About this course

On this 3 session introductory Creative photography: nature and landscape photography course,

An Introduction to photography, building confidence and skills. Become familiar and confident using camera settings off automatic. To develop your creative approach to photography from taking the shot to the edit. This course is suitable for beginners.

On this course you will learn:

How to take creative photographs using a number of methods, tips & rules..
How to go off auto to use camera settings to take nature/animal shots
How to go off auto to use camera settings to take landscape shots
How to edit your photos using free software and common editing tools

You will have the opportunity, as a group, to meet up with our industry standard, professional photography tutor, at one of Sherwood's interesting and iconic locations.

Learners must bring a digital camera to use during the course.

You will need clothes suitable for outdoors - waterproof coat, sturdy shoes/boots

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
