This Course is designed as an Introduction, Giving a background into different holistic therapies. Covering the backgrounds of Meditation, Reiki, Mindfulness, Chakras and Energy Work, we will cover:
- History Of Meditation & Relaxation techniques
- What Is Reiki and Awareness to the therapy
- Mindfulness techniques to use in daily life
- What are Chakras and how to balance them
- A Variation of Energy Work techniques used in Qi Gong and Tai Chi
No Past experience in Holistic Therapies is required, Just an interest to learn about Therapies. Also great for anyone who has learnt Therapies before and stopped practicing.
By the end of the course, you will:
- Acknowledge the background of Meditation and Follow Relaxing guided meditations
- Review the system of Reiki and Report how this would suit your own lifestyle
- Use Mindfulness techniques and Complete in daily life
- Analyze the Chakra system and Experiment with the techniques
- Practice a variation of Energy techniques and Design a daily routine for them

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
