To undertake this course, you will need to be in a management role at middle management level or aspiring to be in middle management and have a more senior manager to support you.

The course will be part-time – 1.5 hours per week over 8 weeks, delivered via Zoom and you will need an additional 1.5 hours per week on private directed study

To achieve this qualification learners will be required to complete 2 units.

You will be required to have a laptop or computer and internet to enable you to access the live classes on Zoom, you will also be required to attend each of the 4 sessions and then hold 1:1s with your tutor after beyond the delivered sessions whilst collecting evidence to complete your portfolio.

This is an online course. A suitable electronic device such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone with internet access will be required. Learners will be required to download and use Zoom (free software).
