About this course

During this session, we will look at what meditation is and how to do it.  You will build up an understanding of how breathing techniques can influence meditation and our well-being, and we will look at how to prepare your meditation environment.  Looking at what is imagination and how to improve it, we will cover the many benefits of meditation, how to use mantras and affirmations, and how to release tension, anxiety and reduce pain.


By attending this session, you will learn what meditation is and how to practice it – using a variety of “tools”.  The use of our breath and techniques, covering conducive factors on preparation, our imagination, the benefits of meditation, mantras and affirmations, how to release tension, anxiety and reduce pain. 


Learner should bring a drink – water or juice, comfortable clothes, notebook and pen,

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
