To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

  • Complete our INSPIRE ONLINE ENROLMENT FORM for each person attending the course.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been a resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in the UK with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).


This next steps course will develop what you have learnt to use different techniques and use of chakras, sounds, colour and crystals with guided meditation.

By the end of the course learners will have a deeper knowledge of what external factors help to promote and make meditation easier. To be able to show understanding of how to use a variety of techniques and how these can influence meditation. * To be able to apply different meditation techniques and show an understanding of how to use them in different situations and circumstances. 

As this course is online learners will require access to a laptop, smart phone, computer or tablet.  The course will be accessed through Zoom.  You will also require a drink – water or juice, notebook and pen.
