About this course

Join us for this friendly, supportive 1 day course and discover the art of mindful journaling with an emphasis on incorporating the natural world around us.

You will learn about what a mindful journal is, the benefits of creating and using your own journal, taking time to reflect and enhance your health and wellbeing, fine motor, communication and socialising skills.

By the end of this course you will know:

What mindfulness is.
What a Mindful Journal is
How Mindfulness is viewed in some European Countries
How to incorporate mindfulness into your handwriting, drawing, planning and nature

No prior knowledge is required for this course.

You will need: A notebook and pen/ pencil.

This course takes place at Dynamo House in Bestwood Country Park

To secure your place on the course both the following must be done:

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
