About this course

To understand the concept of what foot reflexology is, covering a variety of massage techniques, the many benefits of foot reflexology, and the many benefits physically and mentally. Learning about how the foot and the hand and the ear or like a map of our bodies and understanding the different areas of the foot the correspond to certain parts of our body such as where our heart, liver and lungs are etc. This art can be connected to Chinese medicine by linking it with different pressure points throughout the body. How to perform a reflexology on each other and on self. 


What will be covered on the course?  

  • The art of massage has been around for centuries – for relaxation, to healing – such as the relief of numbness, tingling, and stiffness by applying pressure to areas of your body. Feel rejuvenated with a step-by-step reflexology Foot massage (can also be done with a partner). Give that foot pain a relief fast. Learning the history behind massage and the benefits, covering Health and Safety and to learn the steps to giving yourself a relaxing reflexology massage leaving your foot, toes, and ankles revitalized.  

What will learners achieve by the end of the course? 

  • By the end of the course learners will have knowledge of what massage is and how to perform a reflexology massage to themselves and others, covering Health and Safety and the history behind this relaxing art, and the many physical and mental benefits. 

Learners should bring:

  • A drink – water or juice, notebook and pen, cream, hand towel, cushion/pillow

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
