About this course

• Exploring the different Mudras (hand positions) and how they deepen a Meditation practice.
• Learning how Mudra's work with the elements and meridian system
• Meditation and mudra's is for anyone who wishes to learn and understand Aspects of meditation and start working with mudra's in daily life .
• Great to work alongside any Reiki or Yoga practice

What will be covered on the course?

• What are Mudra's and How do they work
• Adding Mudra's to Meditation
• Mudra's and the elements
• Deepening a meditation practice
• An Introduction to the meridian system.
• What will learners achieve by the end of the course?
• Recall Different Mudra Hand Positions
• Identify different Mudra techniques and review how this deepens a meditation practice
• Recognise the power of Mudra's and identify how they differ with each element
• Practice Mudra's and build a meditation practice using the best ones to support your own journey .
• Discuss the Meridian system and Evaluate how the Mudras interact with the Meridian system.
• Select Mudra books such as Mudra's for modern life to expand Mudra Practice.

To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

• Complete the EVENTBRITE BOOKING.
• Complete our INSPIRE ONLINE ENROLMENT FORM for each person attending the course.

You should be redirected to the Inspire Online Enrolment Form after completing the Eventbrite booking.  If you are not redirected, please use the link supplied in the Eventbrite booking confirmation email.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).

As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
