Superhero Spectacular was the second themed concert in our family concert series. The concerts were held at Mansfield Central Library (Saturday 29 September 2018), Worksop Library (Saturday 1 December 2018) and finally at Kirkby in Ashfield Library (Saturday 26 January 2019).
Our orchestral band, The Hubs, had the audience cheering along as they performed pieces from everyone's favourite superhero stories including music from across the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and heroic themes from Star Wars and Batman.
After the performance there was also the chance for families to try out some of the instruments for themselves.

The show was aimed at children aged 5+ and their families. 142 children attended the performances with 282 audience members in total.
