Imagine a garden where the most magical seeds can grow!

An exhibition that seeded ideas and grew imaginations. In partnership with four primary schools, Michelle and Leanne explored the notion of seeds and that planting any idea can cultivate artworks and nurture writings.

Seed Family Workshops

Sculptor Michelle Reader and poet Leanne Moden, Inspire’s 2025 Artist and Author in Residence, designed a fun, family workshop about bizarre and fantastical plants. Inspired by this year’s Summer Reading Challenge theme, Story Garden. Participants grew their imaginations to create magical seed packets and recycled sculptures!

Have a go at home!
