Reading Well for Teens is a collection of books chosen by experts especially for 13-18 year olds. There are books about neurodiversity, anxiety, sexuality and more - all jam-packed with information you can trust. Look for the Reading Well for Teens titles in your local library, or ask a member of staff and they'll be happy to help!
Reading has been proven to reduce stress and create a calming effect - that's part of why we love it so much! Our libraries stock Young Adult collections bursting with the latest favourites. Got a title in mind? Search and reserve it on our online catalogue, then collect from a library of your choice! Don't forget to browse our non-fiction collections too for mindful crafts, wellbeing tips and more.
If a place to focus is what you're looking for, our libraries are the perfect place. Find your nearest library, pack your laptop, headphones and textbook and get your study on! Pick a cosy spot and settle in for the day, with tea and coffee stations in selected libraries to make your visit even more enjoyable too. If you have a library card, bring it along to get access to free wi-fi, otherwise it's easy to join - just bring along a form of identification (a student ID card will do!) and we'll get you sorted in no time.
