Mansfield and Ashfield Cultural Compact is a dynamic coalition, dedicated to advancing the arts and culture sector across our vibrant districts.

Our Compact, supported by Arts Council England, aims to make Mansfield and Ashfield better places by using culture to improve people's lives and happiness.

By working together as local authorities, businesses, educators, and cultural leaders, we're collectively designing and delivering a vision that unites culture into the heart of our community.

Together, we're working hard to make arts and creativity more important for our local economy, health, and community spirit. Even though challenges like Covid-19 have slowed us down, we're pushing forward to create strong cultural leadership that helps our community bounce back and grow again. Our goal is a future where culture is strong, making our towns better places to live with lasting benefits for everyone.
