We're excited to announce the 2024 return of Worksop Library's ever-popular Fun Palace!
Fun Palaces is an ongoing national and international campaign, nurturing and supporting the potential and positivity of sharing people’s enthusiasms, passions and skills with their own local community. Fun Palaces has an annual weekend of events each October.

Worksop Library had a fantastic day of fun when the library became a Fun Palace on 2 October 2021! This was the library's 4th Fun Palace and the occasion felt particularly momentous as this was the first large event the library held since its refurbishment following the 2019 flood.

In 2020 we went digital! We didn't want to miss out on all the fun so we joined thousands of tiny Fun Palaces nationally and internationally in sharing free and fun digital activities for all!

Worksop Library Fun Palace 2017
Worksop Library's first ever Fun Palace was a roaring success, with 2,100 people coming through the doors. Science, creativity and live performances all combined for a day of fun!
