We've introduced card payments at some of our larger libraries, these libraries are able to offer cash or card payments.
Printing services
All libraries have their PCs linked to at least one colour printer. Printers are set up to automatically print in black and white, and double sided, but you can choose other options.
As part of our exciting ICT improvements many of our libraries now offer you the option to print from your own device, from home or on the move. There's also card and cash payment options available in some of our libraries.
Quick Print
You can quick print from your own device by visiting one of our libraries, and scanning the QR code on our library printers to upload your document from your smart device. You can also upload from your smart device or home computer through our print portal by selecting the anonymous user option and following the on screen prompts.
If using a mobile screen - Scroll around the screen to locate the required options. The print code and Print to Cloud buttons can be found by scrolling Right>Left.
Make sure you make a note of your job code, which you'll need to input into the printer at the library to print your document.
Send us your document to print
If you prefer to email your document to us for printing, send your document to inspire-print@cirrossl.net. Once you've emailed your document you'll receive an email with a job code. Make a note of the job code and head over to your local library. Enter the job code on the printer at the library to print your document.

Visit our charges page for information on printing costs. Some of our larger libraries accept contactless payment which you can sort at the main desk.
Scanners / Scanning Services
Scanners are available at a number of Nottinghamshire libraries. Please ask when booking, as scanners may need to be used on specific machines.

Photocopying and rescaling to A3
If you require a document to be photocopied at A3 size, a member of staff can do this for you.
